Romantic Six-Course Dinner – Valentine's Day

The meal will begin with a rhubarb and gin chilled consommé and a crusty homemade bread with extra-virgin olive oil, roasted garlic and aged balsamic vinegar.

Next, diners will enjoy a fresh east coast Australian king prawn salad with garlic, lemon, parsley, potato, green beans, black olives, celery, heirloom tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and pepper.

Ravioli filled with slow-roasted duck and vegetables, cooked with poppy seeds, sage in a butter reduction will follow, before a choice of three delicious main meals; crispy skin Altantic salmon, char grilled beef tenderloin or pan roasted lamb rack.

For dessert, diners will be treated to Ristorante Fellini’s famous ‘cioccolato rubino e lingotti d'oro’, a limited-release ruby chocolate and 23 carat gold ingot on an almond sponge with fresh and freeze dried raspberries.

Chocolate-dipped strawberries will finish a romantic evening, complete with spectacular views across the Broadwater and out to the Gold Coast Hinterland.
