School Holidays Family Yoga

Bring a little calm into this school holidays with yoga suitable for the whole family! For kids from 4 to 10 years and their parents and guardians, these classes are a beautiful way to learn and share yoga with your child. Suitable for beginners, our family yoga classes are fun, joyful and inclusive, with individual family members encouraged to participate according to their ability and age.

Fantastic for flexibility and strength, learning relaxation skills, posture, concentration, coordination, body awareness, self confidence, self esteem and establishing excellent physical and mental health. Classes include yoga games and partner yoga.
