Testing Grounds teams up with the Rose Street Market to bring you two night markets in summer 2019.

A different take on the night market idea, they’re pushing the limits of what to expect—think 80s high school science fair meets classic country show, meets contemporary art fair, all packed into a craft market and turned up to maximum frequency.

There’ll be market stalls by local artisans, good music by awesome Melbourne- based DJs, delicious food (hot & cold) and top notch drinks, as well as a huge array of fun activities facilitated by contemporary artists.

Learn to play your favourite pop song on the drums, sample squid ink cocktails, get body-scanned and uploaded into a virtual world, play a trumpet made out of ice and turn an old television in to an oscilloscope (and that’s just the tip of the iceberg...)
