This exhibition, brought together by Adelaide artist Daniel Connell, displays the work of 14 emerging and established artists from India and South Australia. This collective came together in 2018 in the City Palace Jaipur, Rajasthan, to investigate the notion of a sister-state.
Each of the 42 works, spanning mediums including painting, photography, print, animation, sculpture, video and sound has multiple authors. The collaborative process was driven by the Indian artists and resulted in rich dialogue and ambitious artworks.
The event will be at the SASA Gallery.
