Held four times a year and running a number of weeks, our Stagecraft Studies workshop is designed to help students to gain intermediate skills as an actor within the performing arts industry, specifically for theatrical performances.

Held every Saturday morning, students of our Stagecraft Studies course explore performance for theatre in an in-depth and methodical manner. Students undertake script analysis and exploration of text, focussing on both monologue and duologue pieces. Building on character work allows students to be well-prepared for public showcases held throughout the year.

Entry to this course is via an informal interview with the Artistic Director of Brisbane Arts Theatre. To arrange an entry interview, please contact our Education Manager.
