Strap It Up Basics Course – Sports Taping

Strap It Up! Basic’s taping event is for anyone. It is designed to help you tape yourself, partner or child to avoid further injury or support a current injury. The course starts right from the basics regarding different types of tapes, tapes uses, correct application, and taping techniques. The event is designed to be interactive and hands in combination with a supportive and fun environment.

Basic taping styles will be demonstrated on the night and take home guides will also be available so you can take what you learn from the evening and use it straight away. Help yourself recover and support your body. Strap It! Kids under 13 free when attending with a paying adult. Kids (10–13).
