On High Over Love, Sunscreen reckon with a questionable romance through driving guitar riffs and frontwoman Sarah Sykes' commanding, dynamic voice. "Society's idealisation of being in love can often convince us we are "in love" when actually we are not—and when the reality is closer to unhealthy dependence, or simply a fear of being alone," Sarah says of the track. "The song shines light on this common experience."
