In this hilarious heartfelt one-act play, Chef Chung is the owner and head chef of the Happy Dragon Chinese Restaurant in the regional Victorian town of Gisborne.

It was only a few years ago that Chef Chung emigrated to Australia with all of his life savings and a bag full of hopes and dreams to find a better life for himself.

However, the reality has not met his expectations and now faces an important decision - should he stay and endure the hardships as an immigrant or go back to where he came from?
