The Body Love Journey – Know Yourself

The Transformational Body Love Journey- Know Yourself Workshop is the first in a series of Body Love workshops.

This workshop is about getting to know yourself, like really getting to know you. I don’t mean you don’t know yourself already, you’re a smart and successful woman. This goes deeper, as deep as you want to get in understanding your values and beliefs about body and food, looking at your triggers and getting comfortable with the body you need in which to live your dreams. Getting to know yourself is an essential step in your body love journey.

In this half-day workshop you will:
- Learn about the principles of Body Love.
- Understand yourself and where you are on your body love journey.
- Reflect on how you feel about your body and where you are most comfortable and confident.
- Look within to explore your beliefs, values, motivations and triggers.
- Meet like-minded, friendly and supportive women. We are not alone in the body love journey!
