The Bunker // Spoken Word Masterclass

The Bunker Collective showcases the best local and global spoken word talent, taking the stage to have their say and share stories spanning the personal and political through powerful lyrical flow.

This intimate workshop is open to all wordsmiths and performers, offering the unique opportunity to master their craft and learn from 2018 Australian Poetry Slam Champion, Melanie Mununggurr-Williams.

The Bunker Series is a collaboration between Peripheral Arts and Writers Republic, who will again be hosting a signature series of events including workshop opportunities, competitive heats and guest performances all leading up to the ‘Finale Event’ event to be held on Saturday 31st August at The Imperial Hotel, Eumundi.

Whether you come along as a performer, a workshop participant or as a member of the audience, this series is guaranteed to ignite a love of stories and blow you away with the power of performance.
