The National Boys Choir of Australia will be celebrating Christmas.

The National Boys Choir of Australia will be welcoming to the stage its 180-voice Boys and Men’s Choir with orchestra plus soloists. The programme will include Christmas favourites such as Joy to the world!, Good King Wenceslas, I saw three ships and O Come All Ye Faithful.

This Christmas Concert will also mark the first for Co-Artistic Director Mr Andrew Bainbridge. Mr Bainbridge, a graduate of the University of Melbourne in piano, organ, voice and composition, returned to Melbourne to join the National Boys Choir of Australia in May 2019 after several years in Hobart, Tasmania.

Christmas with the National Boys Choir of Australia will top off an energetic 2019 that featured:
- Performances in The Rite of Spring and Hansel and Gretel with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
- A busy tour to South Australia with a special pop-up performance at the Art Gallery of South Australia
- Old Boys performing in six Melbourne concerts of the Hugh Jackman World Tour.

According to Limelight Magazine in its five-star review of The Rite of Spring in July: “It is a beautiful but complex piece, and the MSO and its choristers under Sir Andrew Davis performed admirably.”

An $8.50 service charge applies per order to bookings made online or by phone, mail, fax and email.
