Please attend both sessions for maximum benefit. Session 1 lays the groundwork for the practical content of Session 2. The guest presenter is Melbourne resident Kishore Cunningham. He is the leader of the Melbourne Sri Chinmoy Centre and is one of Australia's most experienced presenters on meditation. He has practiced meditation for over 40 years and has taught meditation to thousands of students in Australia and around the globe.

Both sessions are free of charge and are offered as a community service by the Perth Sri Chinmoy Centre.

Session 1: The Journey of The Soul - Saturday, 6 July
The first session explores life’s hidden realities and our gradual awakening to the nature of the cosmic game we are all playing. Topics include evolution of consciousness, role of karma, how to be a good player in the life-game, the three main life lessons and much more. Includes meditations and visual presentations.

Session 2: The Silent Teaching - Sunday, 7 July
Our experiences are life’s great teachers…up to the moment we are awakened to deeper realities. Meditation then begins to play its role as the great tecaher in our life-journey. This session teaches breathing, concentration and meditation in the spiritual heart to become masters of the life-game.

Registration is necessary at Meditation Perth website or phone 61614156.
