Crowds expected for 2019 Notre Dame Open Day
More than 5,000 people are expected to attend The University of Notre Dame Australia’s Open Day on Sunday, August 11, an annual showcase of the University’s schools and facilities. Underscoring Notre Dame’s unique ‘town university’ ambience, the streets of Fremantle’s West End reflect a community festival vibe from 10am to 3pm.
This year’s theme, “critical thinking”, gives students insights into how they can ‘future proof’ their careers by developing critical thinking skills while they explore the degrees on offer, attend a range of school talks and sessions, take part in a range of activities and mingle with Notre Dame’s academics and current students.
The University’s largest community event of the year welcomes future students and the Fremantle community to meet the Deans, attend lectures, enjoy free delicious eats and be entertained by local bands.
All attendees who register receive a free Notre Dame bag and merchandise on arrival.
