Tipico launches a regional lunch series

Celebrating one year on Saturday June 8, Windsor restaurant Tipico is acknowledging the milestone with the launch of a regional lunch series and a collaboration with Melbourne photographer, Danielle Castano.

The birthday event will kick off the lunch series in Piedmont with sips of arneis and nebbiolo and dishes to include:
- Vitello tonnato; poached veal, tuna mayo, fried capers
- Agnolotti del plin filled with ricotta and black truffle in a butter and thyme sauce
- Brasato al Barolo; Barolo braised beef cheek with polenta

Price includes antipasto, pasta and a main dish plus a glass of wine. The special lunches will run weekends through to December, changing regions each month.
