Tipico x Tokyo Tina: A Different Dinner

Thursday, 11 April 2019 will see Tokyo Tina take a wander down Chapel Street to visit Italian neighbours, Tipico to present Tipico x Tokyo Tina: A Different Dinner.

Tokyo Tina Head Chef Sushil Aryal and Tipico Head Chef Daniele Colombo have crafted a menu that shines a light on the separate venues distinctly different offerings, presenting an Italian-meets-Japanese mash-up, set to hero both region's ingredients and respective style of cooking.

With a menu designed for sharing, the evening will begin with snacks followed by two entrées, fresh pasta, protein-led main course and dessert. Expect plates to be topped with dishes such as: arancini with kimchi and scamorza with a yuzu squid ink mayo; veal cotoletta katsu and raw kingfish with oyster emulsion, spring onion and salmon row.

Tipico will be pouring drops from its Italian and Victorian skewed wine list, whilst Tina will be shaking things up, Tokyo style, behind the bar.
