Our special closing night at Sydney Cabaret will feature a last hurrah from our international guests, and a special performance by legendary star Toni Lamond. Hosted by Trevor Ashley, Showqueen has become Sydney’s favourite cabaret variety night in its home at Ginger's on Oxford St. Now running over ten years, we bring it to the festival hub at Seymour for one night only.

Toni Lamond AM is a true Australian star. One of our great leading ladies, we have all loved her in musicals from Oliver!, Gypsy, 42nd St and Beauty and the Beast to name but a few. She has won two logie awards and published two autobiographies, and has been entered into the Helpmann’s Hall of Fame. Most recently, Toni featured on ABC’s The Recording Studio, reminding Australia of her huge talent.

With musical director Michael Tyack, this special closing event will showcase special guests, plus the winner of the newly restored Sydney Cabaret Competition.
