Unlucky – Before It's Too Late Tour

Not one for shy introductions, Unlucky exploded onto the Melbourne music scene with their refreshingly heady mix of heavy alt-rock and purpose driven hip hop. Their debut EP, ‘Before It’s Too Late’, aptly demonstrates why the trio is renowned for being one of the most high-energy acts on the local circuit.

Unlucky’s debut release is laden with meaning, designed to provoke thought and inspire action. The ridiculously infectious opener Replay Rewind intertwines the theme of indoctrination with bouncy, rapid-fire instrumentals, while its gentle counterpart Expectations haunts listeners with an all-too-familiar dialogue. From the explosive punk of K.F.C. to the soaring crescendo of Olive Trees, each song toys with a variety of social, cultural and political subjects while being deceptively catchy.
