Valentine's Day Dinner

Treat your beloved to a special Valentine’s Day dinner. Watch the sun go down over Swan Bay as you sip on a glass of wine or a cocktail, and dine on a 3-course meal created by our Chef’s. Choose from an entrée of Pork Belly, Oysters or Stuffed Peppers and a main of Eye Fillet, Salmon Confit or Roasted Quail. The night wouldn’t be complete without a delectable dessert. Choose from Rosewater Pudding, Chocolate Soufflé or Chocolate Mousse.
