Why limit the Valentine’s Day romance to one day? To celebrate love at Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders we have decided to spread it over three days. This will allow your loved one and yourself the ability to indulge in romantic Valentine’s Day celebrations over a few days.

Entrée:
- Seared prawn cutlet and braised pork belly served with cherry, mango and coriander
- Twice cooked grain fed Goulburn valley pork belly served with white bean cassoulet, chorizo and chilli jam
- Salt and pepper calamari served with orange and fennel salad with a cherry tomato dressing

Main:
- Mushroom Risotto with preserved lemon and mascarpone cream
- Peri Peri chicken with roasted baby potatoes, corn and scallion salsa and poached asparagus
- Grain fed beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, king brown mushroom, baby carrot and asparagus and a red wine reduction

Desserts:
- Lemon meringue tart, pistachio & raspberry mousse cake, warm chocolate fondant, ice cream and fresh berries
- Lemon meringue tart, Served with berry sorbet and raspberry coulis
- Warm chocolate ganache cake, Served with vanilla bean ice cream
