Join us for our inaugural Variety of Chefs Gala Evening, as we celebrate the best our beautiful Isle has to offer. You'll be treated to a four-course degustation banquet, made with premium Tasmanian produce and crafted by four of Tasmania’s top culinary gurus, matched with Tassie wines.

Be entertained by one of Tasmania’s most loved personalities as your MC, with a guest speaker and some unique and bespoke auction items, including exciting travel packages, beautiful jewellery and specially made art pieces by Tasmanian artists and designers, and some amazing live entertainment.

Finish the night on the dance floor singing and dancing to a live performance by a top band.
