About Walkabout Gourmet Adventures:
Walkabout Gourmet Adventures has been operating personalised walking holidays in Europe, America, India, Australia and Africa since 1986. Our walking holidays take you into the countryside and through the villages, where you can get a feel for the “real” region you are visiting and where you have an opportunity to meet the local people. We want to get you away from the big cities and to experience the cultures, the fascinating history and traditions which have taken centuries to develop. Whether it is Europe or Australia or one of our new destinations in Africa, Iceland or Alaska, walking is by far the best way to explore a region—you have time to absorb and appreciate the surroundings—smell the roses!

About the Evening
The Film & Information Evening will give you an opportunity to meet Gabriela and Graeme. Our presentation will include a 30-minute video showing you a typical day on a Walkabout Holiday.
We shall then introduce our range of tours for our 2019 season and then guests will have time to ask questions.

We also own some beautiful apartments in our home town of Forcalquier. The accommodation is located in a historic property in the old town just below the Citadel and mountain park. We shall provide you information about why you should choose Forcalquier for your next holiday in Provence!
At the end of the presentation there is an opportunity for guests who haven’t travelled with us before to talk with us privately or more importantly chat with previous travellers.
