Whisky Flight Night – Wood, Wine & Whisky

Whisky is a marriage between spirit and barrel. While the level of significance of each is contested one of the many things that makes Starward who we are is our use of Australian wine barrels to elementally mature our spirit. We celebrate the barrels daily but in February we wanted to celebrate the wine which has helped mature our whisky!

Every Wednesday night throughout the month of February we will be telling the story of Starward Two-Fold through four fine flavour pairings. We will be showing you some of the wines from the wineries whose barrels were handpicked to mature our latest release. All paired with a series of delectable pairings. So, whether you prefer an acidic shiraz or a temperate pinot noir get yourself down to Starward distillery for a celebration of all things wood, wine and whisky!

All Whisky Flight Nights start promptly at the advertised time. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start. Feel free to order a drink and prop at the bar to make sure you do not miss out on your booked event. If you happen to be running late, ask at the bar where you need to go to join the group.
