The Witney McCulloch Quintet is excited to bring their unique blend of highly exciting, energetic and swinging music to Brisbane’s Doo-Bop jazz bar for one night only! Originating in Mount Gambier, the band is comprised of alto saxophonist Witney McCulloch, pianist Jackson van Ballegoyen, bassist Anton Schultz, and drummer Sam Newman. Adelina Martinez will join the ensemble for their Doo Bop performance, recently awarded the vocalist scholarship winner at the 2019 Generations in Jazz Festival.

Having played nationally around Australia including Wangaratta Jazz Festival, Hamer Hall in Melbourne, the Sydney Opera House, Lazy Bones lounge in Sydney and Home of the Arts (HOTA) in Queensland, the ensemble are excited to make their debut at Doo-Bop.

Doors open at 6:30pm. Show starts at 8:00pm.
