In honour of women's health week, we have one more session. This is a women's health relaxation, meditation and stress management suitable for women's complaints, preconception, pregnancy and labour/birth.
We will teach you some techniques including breathing exercises as well as some gentle exercise. Facilitated by our naturopath Emma, held in our upstairs wellness centre. All attendees with advance booking will receive a goody bag.
