Yin + Intro to SUP Surfing Workshop 2.0

Are you looking at getting into SUP Surfing ? Or even just improving on your Paddling techniques ? Are you finding you're getting in everyone's way perhaps or just constantly falling off or just super scared ?

Don't you worry !! We will calm your nerves by starting off the evening with a nice relaxing Yin Yoga Class - as you come down to this very special workshop of yoga and introduction to SUP Surfing (the two things that I absolutely LOVE).
You will melt away any worries and then go into a evening of introduction to SUP Surfing -
where you will be able to go through the simple techniques, reading wave patterns, etiquette for out in the water and more ! Refreshments will be provided after yoga and included in the price ;) Yes we look after your thirst !

Yin Yoga + SUP Intro Workshop $30 (2-2.5hrs)
Yin Yoga $15 (1hr)
SUP Intro Workshop $25 inc refreshments (1-1.5hr)
