Ideal for active older adults, low fitness participants and anyone wanting a fun, simple and low-impact fitness class. All ages and abilities are welcome in my Zumba Gold Fitness class!
This class is offered as part of the Brisbane City Council's Active Parks Program. Bookings are not required, you can just rock up!
