Get active with great people at the Zumba Gold® workout for the young at heart! You'll be grooving to a wide range of zesty Latin, spicy Indian and other international rhythms! Ideal for anyone wanting a fun and simple fitness class, including active older adults and low fitness participants.

Meet on the grassy area behind the toilet amenities near the dog park entrance off Birkin Road. This free class is part of the Brisbane City Council's Active & Healthy Program. No bookings required; simply rock up!

Wear your workout clothes and bring a water bottle.
