Corporate leaders and their teams will have the chance to tap into the mind of business expert Trevor Glass when he brings his Psych Master Class to the Gold Coast next year.

An expert in the psychology of business, Mr Glass will host two events at Novotel Surfers Paradise, starting with a half-day Kickstart session on Wednesday, February 12. He will then return to the city for another Kickstart session at the same venue in March.

The founder of world-leading technology company AssetFinda, Mr Glass launched Psych Master Class to share compelling lessons in the psychology of business gleamed from in-depth academic research and more than 20 years in the corporate sector.

Working with a team of researchers, his keynote presentations and multi-day workshops feature powerful storytelling and global case studies that empower people to work smarter for the betterment of their teams, clients and themselves.

Subjects include Psychology of Sales, Psychology of Public Speaking and Psychology of Leadership, which includes practical and academic examples of what it takes to influence people’s behaviour, get the most out of staff and create an environment that people want to be part of.

A dynamic speaker, Mr Glass also shares reflections from his personal life to highlight how many of the fundamentals of business psychology have helped him find joy away from the corporate sector.

Having displayed entrepreneurial flair from a young age, washing cars for his neighbours as a five-year-old, Mr Glass founded AssetFinda in 2000 and oversaw its rise to a multimillion-dollar company specialising in advanced asset management systems that boasts clients across the globe.

He sold the business in 2019 to dedicate more energy to Psych Master Class, which sees him presenting to audiences and working with clients around the world.

The Sydney run of Trevor Glass Psych Master Classes will coincide with similar events being held in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Each event will be fully catered, with payment plans available.
