Australia Day In the Gardens

On Australia Day, we celebrate all the things we love about Australia! Join us for free live entertainment all day on the stage and plenty of activities for kids. Bring along a picnic lunch or there will be food vendors on site on the day.

Australian citizenship is more than just a ceremony and forms an important part of Australia Day celebrations. More than 16,000 people across the country choose Australia Day to become an Australian citizen.

The official ceremony and citizenship awards are from 10:30am. This event is proudly supported and coordinated by Warrnambool City Council.
