Julian is a wise wizard, several millennia old, but he ages very slowly. All wizards swear an oath to only use their powers for good and only when absolutely necessary as excessive use of magic can corrupt the soul and turn a wizard evil. They are also not supposed to expose their powers to mortal people.

Julian started to use his powers as a cheap form of entertainment, blowing people's minds at birthday parties and other special events. He grew too overconfident and bold in his exposure of magic and eventually got caught and was expelled from the wizard community. Julian was also forced to shave off his beard, the source of a wizard's power. The ex-wizard had no other skills but was determined to fulfil his dream of becoming a professional entertainer, he started to learn sleight of hand and illusions eventually started busking and doing kids birthday parties.

Now he is putting on a ticketed show for about 50 minutes. It is a surreal, high tech, cutting edge and farcical magical experience. His show involves sleight of hand and illusions with everyday objects. If you have seen this magician perform before, there will be all brand new material, the act will be almost totally different from last year.
