BREC showcases local talent with a musical theatre production, Cascades, Saturday 26th September at 7.30 pm.
Written by Harvey local Don Marshall, directed by his daughter and choreographed by granddaughter, Cascades The Musical is a true celebration of grassroots performing arts.
With a cast of 24 local children, five adults and backed by the Harvey Community Choir, this production tells the story of seven convict women who were incarcerated at Cascades Female Factory, a former convict workhouse in Tasmania.
