In celebration of West Australian Opera’s upcoming City of Perth Opera in the Park Hansel and Gretel, Sue Lewis Chocolatier have collaborated with West Australian Opera on a series of chocolate workshops.

Join us for an exciting hands-on workshop where you will:

- Learn the basics of chocolate; where it comes from, regions, flavours and more!
- Learn how to temper chocolate by hand
- Learn about moulding and decorating chocolate
- Each child will make their own forest ‘bark’, a delicious sheet of chocolate with their own flavours on top and also take home a special limited-edition Hansel and Gretel ‘forest tree’ chocolate.

We will provide the children with aprons and we recommend they wear dark clothes and sneakers as chocolate has a tendency to be quite messy. Recommended age of children is between 8 & 16 years old, you may stay and watch the workshop or feel free to pop upstairs for a coffee or wine and relax for an hour.

12 children maximum.
