All the flavour, rhythm and vibrancy of Cuba is coming to Brisbane’s Riverbar and Kitchen throughout March with their new Bacardi Cuban Nights pop-up!
Available every day, Bacardi Cuban Nights menu specials and crafted cocktails will impart a Caribbean flavour, while salsa dancing lessons, live Latin musicians, and Tropicana girls will add the required spice to weekends!
Special cocktails on offer include the Stormy Spritz with Bacardi Oakheart, triple sec, coconut syrup, lime juice and Capi ginger beer or the Malecon Mai Tai with Bacardi Blanca, Oro, and Oakheart as well as orgeat, orange juice, Capi yuzu soda and grenadine.
Plantain chips with mojito dip and a classic Cubano sandwich loaded with smoked ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickle and mustard make Riverbar’s Bacardi Cuban Nights menu a guaranteed winner for lunch, dinner, and snacking, and replenishing your energy after a salsa session!
Sunday nights are a must-visit in March, with free hour-long salsa lessons (everyone welcome and encouraged) from 4pm, and a live three-piece Latin band playing from 5pm to 7pm.
With a fun pop-up menu, fresh Bacardi cocktails, and plenty of dancing and music, Bacardi Cuban Nights will be as colourful as the streets of Havana at Riverbar and Kitchen!
