Flow After Dark Bush Fire Fundraiser

Flow Athletic will be hosting a very special Flow After Dark silent yoga disco. All proceeds from the event will be going to the Australian Red Cross Society and to the Batlow and South Coast communities who have been hit the hardest by the bushfire crisis.

The Flow After Dark silent yoga discos took Australia by storm, selling out over 14 events nationally between 2016-2018. They are coming back with a special event designed to help people in crisis as a result of the bushfires.

Australia’s leading yogi, Kate Kendall will be taking the class. Her hometown of Batlow was affected by the fires. Kate will be accompanies by DJ James Mack and the class will be delivered via lit up Silent Sounds headphones.
