The Food
The 5 course dinner will showcase exquisite flavors and inspirations from Vietnam, the south of France, Indian spice markets, New York's Daniel Humm; secret sauces a Hong Kong Masterchef, the freshest Australian produce, enhanced umami techniques and more.
The Wine/Drinks
Each course will be paired with premium sommelier-curated global wines (with varietals originating from France to Austria) as well as a specialty Japanese coffee gin and yuzu delicacy.
