The Grand Baxter story is so far short, having formed from various touring bands in mid-2017 as a welcome distraction from the road. Their songs dance between the lyrically intense and the playfully pretty, watermarked with musicality and intent-driven by their individual jazz, rock, and country influences.
Inspired by artists such as James Taylor, Paul Simon, and Willie Nelson, Grand Baxter is best described as ‘a bold hamper of charisma, musicality and country-folk charm.’
