HeARTy Sistas is a mindful art group for teenage girls. It is about creating a fun, relaxed and social space for girls to express themselves through art. We explore a wide range of mediums and different art activities.

This is an art and wellness program. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space to casually explore wellbeing themes with the girls. We run the program in 4 week blocks. In Term 3, the program will run Sat 1 Aug - Sat 22 Aug, and Sat 29th Aug - Sat 19th Sep.

All HeARTy Sistas workshops are facilitated by local Mosman Park artist and transpersonal art therapist, Sarah Wray.
