Food Sensations for Adults is a free 2.5 hour nutrition education and cooking workshop run over four weekly sessions.

About this Event

Join us for Food Sensations® for Adults delivered by Foodbank WA - A free nutrition and cooking experience at the Admiral Park Community Sporting Facility. Please note: this is a face to face program. Attend all four sessions and you will learn about healthy eating, meal planning and budgeting, label reading and food safety to make healthy eating fun. This program is run by friendly Foodbank WA dietitians and nutritionists.

The program runs weekly on Tuesdays - November 24th, December 1st, 8th and 15th from 10:00am - 12:30pm.
We hope you can attend all 4 sessions to build on your knowledge & receive a special gift at the end of the program!

We will be implementing precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all in the community. Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell. For more information, please call the number below.
