Inaugural Progressive Ginner

Enjoy a Ruby Rose cocktail and canapes overlooking the Story Bridge at Madame Wu, before taking to the buzzing streets destined for Public Restaurant and Bar. Public’s Brisbane Gin cocktail will have you mingling and dancing in the chic surroundings of this bustling North Quarter venue, where you’ll also enjoy some appetizers including delicious crispy prawns.

The occasion will culminate with a special Valentine’s Day gin cocktail accompanied by a selection of chocolate-covered strawberries and cheese under the stars at W Brisbane, with views to South Bank.

Before you leave, you will be gifted a Brisbane Gin kit to recreate your favourite cocktails at home, including a cocktail recipe book and a 200ml bottle of Brisbane Gin.
