Intimacy - Group Exhibition Show Featuring Holly Ryan

Holly Ryan has launched bronze sculptures as part of the Intimacy show that opens at Jerico Contemporary.

Holly has been attending bronze school for the past few months and has created a series of sculptures titled ‘Body As Form’. Inspired by the body and its form, in Holly’s work she realises the female form in a small masterwork as a continuation of exploring femininity in her large-scale self-portraits.

Touch, sexuality, identity and self as subject are themes inherent to Holly’s work and the theme of the exhibition. The exhibition is the first group show for Jerico Contemporary, and explores the layered notion of intimacy in isolation and considers our entangled, intimate relations with beings through objects.
