Love can be a source of great happiness but all too often it seems to give rise to pain. This is because we fail to distinguish between the minds of love and attachment. In this half-day course, Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Lhachog will explain where we go wrong in our relationships, and why the mind of pure love can never give rise to pain. Discovering the difference between attachment and its opposite, love, enables us to free ourself from conflict, heartbreak and grief, and shows us how to experience joyful, harmonious and long-lasting relationships.
This course will include practical teachings and guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively. There will be an interactive Q&A at the close of the course.
