Celebrate Lunar New Year at Mode Kitchen & Bar with a range of vibrant oriental style daily specials utilising fresh Australian produce.

Head Chef Francesco Mannelli alongside Sous Chef April Shen have created a range of intricate daily specials accentuating the qualities of each ingredient, leaving guests with a memorable dining experience.

As with Chinese New Year activities and decorations, the dishes are created to give blessings for the year ahead. Both the names of dishes as well as the plating and style of food are symbols of wishes for prosperity, happiness and auspiciousness.
