Scenic World invites visitors from near and far to celebrate Lunar New Year in the Blue Mountains from 25 January to 9 February, with a range of festivities to help usher in the Year of the Rat.
Scenic World will be a hive of activity as the main forecourt is transformed into an arena for the traditional Chinese sport, jianzi 毽子. Scenic World Jianzi Master tournaments will be held daily between 11am and 2pm, all visitors are welcome to compete and show off their skills.
Other festivities across the two-week period include Lunar New Year special offerings from our EATS270 Restaurant and Terrace Café, ceremonial drumming and not to be missed the traditional Lion Dance with choreographed stunts, drums, cymbals at 11:30am on Saturday, 1 February.
