Mindfulness 101 workshop is a practical, interesting and fun way to introduce mindfulness & meditation for beginners. We've been running these workshop regularly since 2014.

It includes information on the positive benefits of being mindful, and the main techniques to learn and practice both formally at home and informally during the day.

Content:

We cover what Mindfulness is and the benefits of practicing it.
We define the key techniques and show you how to use them yourself.
You'll practice 2-short mindfulness skills and 2 longer meditations during the afternoon.
We answer FAQ and give advise on how to continue after the workshop finishes.
