A 2 day immersion training in all aspects of mindfulness; practices, background, basic neuroscience, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, dealing with difficult emotions and thoughts, strengthening the mind muscle, cultivating emotional intelligence. This is an inter-active training where you will be shown lots of activities to engage people and simply understanding why it is important to train your attention and recognise you don't have to be stuck on thoughts, especially negative unhelpful ones.
This course receives excellent evaluations and is based on the work of Barry Long who was Ekhart Tolles teacher. This training also includes and 8 week online component to establish a personal practices with notes, audios etc.
Included are many resources to assist deepening your understanding and training in sharing mindfulness with individuals, groups or classes.
