Parks Week - Merri Creek Walk

Celebrate Parks Week with a 45-minute walk along the Merri Creek trail, led by the Friends of the Merri Creek.
The walk will feature commentary on some of the historic planting and weeding works carried out by the Friends and Merri Creek management committee along the way. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek as you stroll across the iconic footbridge, past the wetlands and finish at the Merri Café at CERES for refreshments.
This walk is for anybody and everybody and a great way to get to know more about the trail which is enjoyed by so many locals all year round.
Fruit and muffins supplied at Merri Café (coffee/tea available for purchase-please BYO cup for take away beverages, as the café does not supply disposable cups)
Be sure to wear weather appropriate attire, sunscreen and bring along some water.
