Sam is a ceramic artist and painter who’s current creations are in response to being in lockdown and her appreciation for the nature she has been surrounded in.

Her work comes from a constant inner dialogue about being human and a part of the natural world. It comes from her imaginings of the flora and fauna living in the soil beneath our feet.

Richards photographic work primarily captures natural relationships and processes in the world around us. Time eroded rock to plant life sculpted and defined by its surrounds. Wind, water, wood, stone.

Warburton's winter lockdown enforced a closer look at images from past travels - unimaginable vast locations, places out of reach.

Tamara’s work is focused on foraging plant material in a way that is sustainable and respectful to the environment. She sources kerbside green waste and discarded prunings and is guided by these materials and adapts basketry techniques to fit their individual characteristics. Colour plays an important role, often subtle but in a manner that marries plant material from many different sources.

"Radius" exhibition is located at the Waterwheel Gallery at the Warburton Visitor Information Centre and can be accessed from the Main Street or from the two rear car parks. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.

Exhibition times are 10:00 am - 4:00pm seven days from 3 December to 23 December 2020.
