Ravioli Day

Ristorante Fellini invites people to give a nod to Ravioli Day, celebrated internationally on March 20, with a nice big bowl of ravioli di spinaci e ricotta, one of the most popular pasta dishes on the menu.

Master Pasta Maker and Fellini partner Raffaele Di Benedetto makes the pasta in-house for the restaurant using imported machinery and the highest quality Australian durum wheat. The ravioli is filled with freshly made ricotta and spinach, a recipe influenced by the Italian Province of Salerno where Raffaele's family live and perfected over four decades here in Australia.

Ravioli di spinaci e ricotta is served in Ristorante Fellini with a tomato and basil sauce, topped with parmesan cheese. Ravioli lovers can also purchase Fellini's ravioli through the pasta shop Pastificio Fellini, available directly through the restaurant or at selected delis, food retailers and wholesalers.
