Join our live interactive Q&A session with Gen Dornying. Ask all your burning Dharma questions via the live YouTube chat stream during the session. A fun, informative and thought provoking class, not to be missed!
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.
Meditation classes will be streamed online. That means instead of attending your classes at the centre or venue, you will log into a live stream of the teaching on your favourite device.
