Restart a Heart Day 2020

Restart a Heart Day is a global initiative facilitated in Australasia by the Council of Ambulance Authorities to raise awareness of the poor statistics around out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and educate the community about the importance of knowing CPR and how to use an AED.

1 in 10 survive cardiac arrest, we need you to help change this statistic.

Due to the limited ability to run face-to-face events, we are running a live stream event.

The 'Restart a Heart Day Live Event' will feature an exciting line up of experts of cardiac arrest, ambulance services from Australia & New Zeland, CPR & AED use training sessions every hour, and even a kids corner featuring Greg Page (the original yellow wiggle). The event will be streamed on restartaheart.net and multiple social media platforms announced shortly.
